Frequently Asked Questions
Will it fit me?
Almost certainly. The main belt has full velcro adjustment and an extension strap is included in the box for larger waists, so there's no fixed size to get wrong. Wrap it on snug rather than tight, then let the pump do the rest — the inflation is what creates the support, not how hard you pull the strap.
How does the traction support actually work?
There's a hand pump on a short hose. Each squeeze pushes air into the chambers built through the back panel, and as they fill the belt expands upward and outward — firming up around your middle so your lower back is held in a supported, gently stretched position. Pump until it feels firm and comfortable, never sharp or pinching.
Twist the valve to release and it lets down slowly. Most people sit with it inflated for 15–20 minutes at a time.
What does the red light do?
A panel of red LEDs sits behind the inner mesh window, resting against your lower back while you wear it. It's a warm, soft light — you'll see a red glow at the edge of the belt and feel gentle warmth, nothing harsh or bright.
We'll be straight with you: treat it as a pleasant part of the wind-down rather than the reason to buy. The traction support and the warmth are what most people notice. Like every function on the belt, you can run it on its own or leave it off entirely.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within Australia. Our head office is in Melbourne and we ship Australia-wide, typically arriving within 3–7 days.
Can I wear it while I sleep?
No — please don't. It has an auto shut-off, but prolonged heat against skin while you're asleep is exactly how low-temperature burns happen, because you don't feel it building. The inflated belt shouldn't be slept in either.
Use it for 20–30 minutes while you're awake, then take it off. If your pain is severe, worsening, or radiating down a leg, see a health professional rather than reaching for more heat.
