How is this different from a massage gun?

A massage gun drives a single head into one point, which is why the manual tells you to keep it off your neck. This has six free-spinning bars and 24 nodes that roll along the muscle while they pulse, so the pressure is spread out rather than driven in. Gentler to sit through, and safe in the places a gun is not.

Is it really safe to use on my neck?

Yes — that is what the rolling design is for. Run it up the back of your neck and across the tops of your shoulders at whatever speed feels comfortable. Keep it off the front and sides of your throat, and off the spine itself, the same as any massage tool.

Can I use it on myself, or do I need someone else?

On yourself. The handle has several grip positions so you can reach your own shoulders and neck without twisting your wrist. Most people take a few goes to find the grip that suits them. Legs, calves and feet are easy from the first use.

What if it does not suit me?

Try it at home for a fortnight. If it is not right for you, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it. We would rather you tell us it missed than keep something you do not use.

Your 10-Minute Leg Reset

After long days standing, sitting or walking, your legs can feel heavy, tight and puffy. The Pulse Roller helps you unwind from the couch with a simple rolling routine for lighter-feeling legs and smoother-looking thighs.

The Drainage Stroke, Done For You

Instead of hammering one sore spot like a massage gun, the Pulse Roller uses rotating bars to glide over the legs in long, upward strokes. Use it from ankle to thigh to support circulation, drainage and that lighter-leg feeling.

Gentle Enough For Thighs. Strong Enough For Calves.

Choose from 3 speeds, reverse the spin direction, and use it cordless on thighs, calves, feet, neck and shoulders. It is easy to use at night, after work, or whenever your legs need a reset.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I really use this on my neck?

Yes, and it is the main reason people buy it. The rolling action spreads pressure along the muscle rather than driving it into one spot, so it suits the back of the neck and the tops of the shoulders — the exact places a percussion gun warns you away from. Avoid the front and sides of your throat, and do not press it onto the spine itself.

Is it strong enough to do anything?

For general tightness across a whole muscle, yes. Speed three is where most people settle and it has plenty of bite. If what you want is something that digs into one deep knot like a thumb, a percussion gun does that better — this is built to cover an area evenly instead.

How long does the battery last?

Hours of use per charge — most people charge it every week or two rather than every session. It charges over USB-C. Note the box includes the cable but not a wall plug, so use any USB-C adaptor you already have.

Can I use it on my thighs and legs for cellulite?

Plenty of people buy it for exactly that. What it actually does is roll long strokes up the leg the way a lymphatic drainage massage does, which shifts fluid and lifts circulation — so legs feel lighter and less puffy, and thighs can look smoother straight afterwards. Be straight with yourself about what that is: a temporary change in how the skin looks and feels, not a permanent fix. Cellulite is fat pressing through connective tissue and no massager removes it. Most people use it a few nights a week for the way it leaves their legs feeling.

Where can I use it on my body?

Neck, shoulders and traps, upper and lower back, arms and forearms, quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes and the arches of your feet. The handle has several grips so you can reach most of it yourself.
