Solvrly Terra rolling percussive massager in its floor cradle
1/12

Solvrly Terra™

Sit down, put your foot on it, and let go. Forty-four powered nodes roll the length of your calf, arch or hamstring while they pulse — so you are not gripping anything, and you are not on the floor holding a plank over a tube of foam.

Can I use Terra on my thighs?

Yes — thighs are one of the areas it suits best. Sit on the edge of the couch and rest the back of your thigh on the barrel for hamstrings, or kneel over it for quads. It is 50 cm long, so it covers the whole muscle in one position instead of making you work along it in sections.

Does it remove cellulite?

No. Nothing you roll over the outside of your leg removes cellulite — it sits under the skin in connective tissue, and a massager does not change that structure. What you notice straight after a session is temporary: warmth, and skin that looks a little more even because you have spent ten minutes working blood through the area. It settles. Anyone selling you a roller that removes cellulite is not being straight with you, and we would rather tell you what this actually does.

How is it different from a manual cellulite roller?

A manual roller is a stick or a wheel with nubs on it that you push up and down your leg yourself. Terra is powered — eight bars spin around a motor while forty-four nodes pulse — and it sits in a cradle on the floor, so it does the moving instead of you. The real difference is effort, and therefore how often you will actually use it. On cellulite itself, neither one removes it.

What if it is not for me?

Use it every night for a fortnight. If your legs do not feel better at the end of the day than they do right now, email us and we will refund you — no forms, no return depot, no argument.

Wake Up To Feet That Feel Ready To Move.

You know the one. Feet hit the floor, and your arches file a complaint before your eyes have opened. Ten minutes on the arch of each foot the night before does not make you a different person. It just means the first step out of bed feels like a step, instead of a decision. Sit on the edge of the couch. One foot on the barrel. Speed two. Roll from the heel to the ball of the foot and back while you watch whatever you were going to watch anyway.

44 Nodes Work Across More Muscle At Once.

Eight bars spin freely around a powered core. Across them sit forty-four nodes that pulse while the bars roll. So the pressure travels along the muscle instead of being driven into one point. A massage gun works a spot the size of a coin and you move it; Terra works a hand-span of muscle at once and moves itself. Five speeds, from something you would fall asleep on to something with real bite — and 60 lb of stall force behind it, so you can put your bodyweight through it and the motor keeps going instead of bogging down. That is the part cheap rollers get wrong.

“Isn’t this just a foam roller with a motor in it?”

Fair question. No. A foam roller is a passive tube — every bit of the pressure and every bit of the movement comes from you, which is why it is hard work, and why yours is currently under the bed. Terra supplies both. The bars spin, the nodes pulse, the cradle holds the weight. Your job is to put a limb on it and decide how firm you want it. That is not a small upgrade in comfort. It is the difference between a recovery tool you own and a recovery tool you use.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I use it?

Ten to fifteen minutes per leg, most evenings, is where most people land. There is nothing to gain from grinding away for an hour, and if an area feels tender the next day, skip it for a day. Consistency does more here than intensity.

Which areas should I avoid?

Keep it off your spine, your neck, the backs of your knees, and anywhere a bone sits close to the surface like shins and ankles. Avoid varicose veins, bruises, broken skin, and anywhere that is actually injured or sharply painful. If you are pregnant, or you have circulation problems, blood clots, a pacemaker or any implant, talk to your doctor before using it. This is a comfort device, not a treatment.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

There is no heat, no suction and nothing applied to your skin — it is a covered roller moving against you, which makes it gentler than most things in this category. If bare skin feels like too much, use it over leggings or light clothing and start on speed one. If you have a skin condition, broken skin or a rash, or you are having any kind of treatment on the area, check with your GP or dermatologist first.

Can I use it on my back?

Lower back and glutes, yes — sit on the floor and lean back onto it. Keep it off the spine itself, same as any roller. For necks and shoulders you want our Pulse Roller; Terra is too long to bring up there comfortably.

How hard does it actually go?

Speeds one and two are gentle enough for tired feet. Four and five have real bite. The 60 lb stall force means it keeps turning under your bodyweight rather than stalling out.

Do I need someone else to use it?

No. That is the point of the cradle. Feet, calves, hamstrings, quads and glutes are all reachable sitting down, on your own.

How long does the battery last?

Up to two hours of regular use, so most people charge it every week or two rather than every session. It charges over USB-C.

Is it noisy?

About like a desk fan. Fine for the lounge room; not ideal on a phone call.

Can I take it away with me?

You can, but it is 50 cm and a bit over two kilos, so it is a boot-of-the-car item rather than a carry-on one. If you want something packable, look at our Pulse Roller.

How is this different from a massage gun?

A gun drives one head into one point, and you hold it and aim it. Terra rolls a hand-span of muscle at a time and holds itself. A gun is better if you want to dig into a single deep knot like a thumb. Terra is better for a whole calf, a whole hamstring, or the arch of a foot — and for doing it without effort.
