What if I have flat feet?

The arch is moulded, so it can feel prominent at first. Wear them around the house for a few days before you decide. You have 30 days.

Are the rings uncomfortable?

They are a gentle raised texture, not hard studs. Most people stop noticing them after a few days.

Can I wear them outside?

Yes: the letterbox, the yard, the shops. They are made for the hard floors at home first.

What about wet floors?

Like any foam slide, they can be slippery on wet tile. Take care in the bathroom.

How do I size them?

EU 36–45. Each size shows its US women's and men's equivalent, and the full chart is in the photos. Between sizes? Go up.

The First Step Out Of Bed Is The One You Brace For.

You sit on the edge of the bed and work out how to put weight on your heel. Then the bathroom tiles. Then the kitchen.

You've tried the fixes. Inserts. A night splint. Expensive runners. Soft slides that went flat in a month.

Most of them missed the same thing.

Your Feet Don't Hurt Most At Work. They Hurt On Your Own Floors.

Barefoot, on tile and timber, first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

It's advice you've probably heard already: try not to walk barefoot on hard floors. A hard floor gives nothing back, and a bare foot lands on it with nothing under the arch.

Soft slippers don't change that. Soft isn't support.

Instead of your bare foot meeting the floor, Rise puts a shaped layer in between: a moulded arch, a deep heel cup and a rocker sole. Not a cure. Just shape where there was nothing.

What sits between your foot and the floor: barefoot versus Solvrly Rise

Boots Off At Half Five. These On By Twenty To Six.

Ten hours on concrete, then you're up again: dinner, the kids, the dog. On a hard floor, on feet that already did a shift.

Slip Rise on without bending down. The arch sits up under you, and the ring texture is a small 'ahh' after a day in work boots.

Made for the hours after work, not for on site.

The questions people ask before they buy.

How are these different from "cloud" slides?

Cloud slides are a thick pad that squashes flat. Rise starts with shape (arch, heel cup, rocker) and puts the cushion on top.

Will these fix my heel or arch pain?

We won't promise that. Slides don't treat conditions. If your physio told you to stop going barefoot at home, Rise makes that easy.

Who shouldn't buy them?

If you have reduced feeling in your feet, check with your podiatrist before switching footwear. Textured footbeds aren't right for everyone.

How do I look after them?

Rinse and air-dry. Keep them out of the sun and hot cars: heat warps moulded foam.

How fast does it ship?
